The Buddha Gallery

The Curator of the Buddha Gallery

I have been on a journey through life that has taken me far and wide. I was born and raised in Brooklyn. I received a BA and MA at SUNY @ Stonybrook. I studied in Paris, and taught English in Colombia. I drifted into corporate technical sales, and moved to Silicon Valley.

As my inner exploration intensified, I left the corporate world to pursue a career in Social Service. I received my MSW in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley in 1987, and have worked in social services for the past 20 years. I am currently director of social work services for a large health care system in Northern California.

While my job is extremely rewarding, my true passion is the study and collecting of Buddhist art. I developed The Buddha Gallery to share my passion with others.
