19thC Hindu Altar-India during the colonial period. It is made out of a ceramic material that was likely brought to India by an industrious British citizen looking for a new way to create religious statues and altars. This is an educated guess looking at the type of materials used and the subject matter. It also might be from Goa, which is a port City in India that was a colony of Portugal for several hundred years and produced many products with strong European influence. It has significant where that obscures some of the details of the figures. I've shown everything in detail in the photos. There is one photo with a ruler that shows the height.
