This exceptionally fine old thangka—framed to the highest standard with museum glass, silk backing, and premium materials—represents one of the best examples of its type. Remarkably clean and vivid, it was preserved for most of its life inside a Gau box, protecting the pigments and linen from light and wear. The painted image measures 4⅝ × 5.5 inches, while the elegant custom frame measures 11⅞ × 12⅞ inches. Offered from my personal collection after more than 20 years, this is a rare opportunity to acquire a superb, jewel-like thangka. Not inexpensive, but truly difficult to surpass in quality.
