Gandharan Hardstone Ring with complete Buddha sitting in samadi mudra. Very finally carved, and with a beautiful patina. This is an impressive stone sculpture in the forum of a ring. It has an AMAZING face. The stone it is carved out of looks to be a hard stone that would have been difficult to carve and finish, especially with this very fine detail.- I have another very closely related ring, item on my website. It is much smaller and ways only 1/5 as much( 2.25"H x 1.25"W x 2.5 "D ) - 110g
