Very early Burmese Pyu/Mon Buddhist Monk. Sits 2 7/8 inches tall, and the height on the custom stand is 4 inches. Hard to date, but likely in the range 1000 years of age. A special face -it is the best of this type, with typical "bug" eyes, short ears, and a small sweet mouth.
