19thC buddha, probably from Burma, Himalayan Tribal Areas, or Southern China. Rare type, I’ve seen similar examples a few times before. I’ve shown them too many dealers and collectors, and no one has been sure what the origin is. They all look like they have age to them, and best guess is that they are 19th century, possibly earlier . Very appealing shape, quite different than any other Buddha.
