Large ancient Thai silver/lead amulet in a modern amulet case. The label on the back is from the former collector. The date written on the back is in the Thai Calendar (2021 is the year 2563), so this piece is 300 to 400 years old. From the ancient area of Petchboon in Thailand. Purchased with several other recently excavated pieces in the same collection, this piece retains much of its original gilding and red lacquer or other red covering.
