19th century Thai Utong style bronze Buddha. Evidence of gilding or gold paint as seen in photos. This is probably a 19th century ambulation of a 15th century style, possibly 20th century as these have been made all the way through from the 15th century up until the present date, with many that look and feel like this one made in the 19th century. Nicer than the vast majority of the new copies.. from a large old US estate collection sold off by the family of the owner. It was made up of primarily AuthenticBurmese, northern Thai and Laos Buddha from the 17th to 19th century, ( 7.75"H x 4"W x 2"D ) - 1.97lbs.
