A fine and early Laos Buddha with lost of personality His face is exceptionally human, with a distinctive nose and expressive mouth. The surface is glass smooth – a sign of a quality alloy (probably contains silver) combined with skillful casting and finishing. He is likely 16th century, and possibly late 15th. He sits 8.25 inches tall. He is a bit more expensive than some of his counterparts, but for very good reason.
