Country Group: The Himalayas (Tibet, Nepal, Mongolia and Other)
Superbly cast and very early, this is a very special Tibetan bronze Buddha. PRobably 13th century, and 14th at the latest. Sits a bit over 6.25 inches tall. Notice the finesse of the hands and fingers, down to the fingernails. From my private collection. Wonderful!
