close to 1200 years old! 3.25 tall; 5.25" with base. Probably from the area which is now Burma, though could be from the area which is now Thailand or Cambodia as well. Wonderful face! Solid cast, and very heavy. A rare and beautiful thing. The old collector's label says 9thC Dvarati- appears to me to be 9thC, but to actually be a mix of Mon and Dvarati styles rather than pure Dvarati. A real collector's item.
