Fantastic and large Laos Buddha that looks related to a special style of Thai Buddha known as "Kanom Thom". It has a striking look with a round head, slender neck and broad chest. The casting and sculpting are exceptional. Stands 18 inches high by 14 inches wide at the base and it is quite heavy: I put a 4 inch Buddha in one photo to give a perspective on it's good size. Very special. The price is higher on this one than on most of my other pieces, but this is a very valuable Buddha.
