Beautiful Thai Sawankalok bowl. Superb example. Bowl is 7.75" in diameter on top, 3.25" on the bottom, and stands 3" tall. The price sticker from 25 years ago on the bottom indicated a price of $450 dollars at that time. It comes from the long closed shop of a a well known expert in Asian Arts. Many of the pieces of Thai pottery in her collection were on display in the 1980's at the Stanford Museum at Stanford University.
