A remarkable large 16/17thC Ava style Buddha sits atop a circle of elephants. He has the round face with influence from the earlier Pagan period. In excellent condition- top of finial is missing- otherwise near perfect. Carved out of one solid piece of teak. I've not seen another of this type in this quality, size, age and condition. Measures 7.25" tall with a diameter of 8.75". Wonderful
