Country Group: The Himalayas (Tibet, Nepal, Mongolia and Other)
A fabulous Ganesh purchased from a reputable New York Gallery by the previous owner (see certificate of ownership below). One of the best Ganesha figures I have had the pleasure of offering for sale. I am not positive of the country of origin. New York Gallery dated it at 18thC- I would estimate the same. Stands 7.5" tall, diameter of base is 2 7/8".Comes with a certicate of authenticity from the Sadigh Gallery in New York (you can find them on-line).
