Set of 4 antique Japanese Buddhas. Put in to storage by the family of the previous owner in 1942, as they were Japanese living in Californa, and were put in to an internment camp. Stayed packed in storage for nearly 60 years until recently. The 4 Buddhas were not new when stored away, so I am estimating these as late Meiji or Taisho. Each of the four is 5.75" tall, with bottoms measuring 4.25" x 3.5". Each face is slightly different. Price is for all four. I've seen a pair of similar Japanese Buddhas a few times over the years, but never a matched set of four Buddhas before.
