Edo Buddha upon lotus base. There would have originally been another part to the base between the current base and the Buddha, so that he would have been more elevated. Missing hands. Generally a nice example. Buddha is 7.25" tall. Sitting on base the total height is 10". Bottom of base is 7.5" x 6"
