This is a very nice Tibetan Buddha: the base and Buddha have been cast separately and then joined. The base was pushing in at the back long ago: the piece still stands fine on it's own. Also, it may have originally had some sort of finial that is now missing. The patina is fantastic, and untouched. The style of the piece is (I think) 15/16th century, but this kind of piece is not my area of expertise, so I will give an estimate of up to 19th century. It came to me from the grandchild of a woman who had gotten it along with several other pieces in the early 20th century that had fallen off the back of a truck. The pieces were apparently all antiquities. Stands 5 and 1/4 inches tall by 3 and 7/8 inches wide.
