Extremely uncommon and very expressive Late Pagan solid-cast Buddha. Hard to date with precision, but I believe this Buddha to be 13-15th century (plus or minus a century or two), and from the Late Pagan, "Ava" or "Pinya" periods in Burma. Classic Pagan face and body. Sits 9.75" tall. Very heavy-a good 15 pounds!
