This is an extremely fine and good sized example of a "Jambupati" style Burmese Buddha. It is 17th, or possibly early 18th century. The detail and quality of the sculpting and casting is a step up from the majority of Buddhas of this style. Note the remarkable fluid way the crown arches inward: it provides a perfect balance to the curves of the figure, and is a feature I have not seen on a Buddha of this type.
