This is an wonderful and uncommon bronze Northern Thai Buddha. The base has a Buddhist devotee or angel in the center of the base and on each side surrounded by scroll work. I've seen extremely few smaller early Thai Buddhas with this type of base, and they typically sell for high prices. The Buddha is in a classic 15nth, or possibly 16th century style, and is complete. The tip of the finial might have some loss, or it might be cast this way. He has a lovely untouched patina. He stands a bit over 5 inches tall.
