Powerful antique Mongolian or Tibetan Thangka. Still has it's original complete cloth frame, which is highly unusual. Excellent condition- shows signs of ritual use, but colors are still vibrant. Purchased in the late 1990's from a Mongolian man who was raising money to send his daughter to school in the USA. Thangka is 28.5" x 49.5", inner painting is 23" x 16.5"
