This Buddha is a very sweet and large 3 legged Laos Buddha which is in the 15-16th century range. He is a quite joyous fellow with a superb face (note the unique chin!). He has a superb patina. He sits 14.5 inches tall. I've put an Indian 5.25 inch bronze is in one photo for perspective. He is quite thickly cast. He has a slight ding to the tip of the finial: he is otherwise in outstanding condition. An overall fabulous piece of folk art in the very best sense of the tradition. This size and quality is becoming extremely rare, and the prices are going up rapidly in value.
