Extremely uncommon and very expressive Post Pagan solid-cast Buddha. Hard to date with precision, but I believe this Buddha to be 14-18th century, and from the "Ava" or "Pinya" periods in Burma. Solid cast. Would have sat on a separately cast base. Purchased from a Scottish collection. Sits 8.5" total height
