This is a fantastic Tibetan or Chinese Tibetan wooden plaque.used in Tibet for long periods of time typically have. . The carving is extremely well done and the overall composition is very good. It is constructed with a combination of wooden pegs and old nails. It is not completely square. Approx 22 inches wide by 15.5 high by 1.25 inches deep. I put a 5.5 inch bronze in one one photo to give a sense of scale. The polychrome has some wear and darkening, but there is no damage or loss.
