Highly unusual and quite wonderful depiction a wise old monk . This is a particularly charming and well-sculpted example. He looks to be from either the far north of Thailand or from Chiang Rung, which is an area which spans southern Yunan (China) and northern Laos. I've never seen one of this style quite this nice. 5.25" tall.
