This is a delightful Arakan folk style Buddha in Royal attire. It is a highly uncommon early depiction. I’ve not been able to find a comparable example in any books, Note the unique mudra, of which I unsure of the meaning. He sits 9 inches tall. A true collectors piece, and in my own collection for many years. Based on other Arakan Buddhas I have encountered, he is likely in the range of 14th century.
