Looks to be a very early Jambala from Indonesia or Java. Old label dates it to the 11th century. Almost solid cast- Both crude and refined at the same time, with an expressive face. Never seen another like it- even in books, . Likely . May have had a mandorla. Three inches tall. Total height on new custom base is 5 inches. Solid cast. Extremely rare.
