This is a fine and large 15thC Thai Bronze Kamphen Phet style Buddha. It is an early Ayuthaya style which is related to the late Sukothai style, but it is broader and rounder in body and face. The quality and condition are quite good. It is excellent condition. The hands are in the Samadhi or Meditation mudra. Hard to find an authentic one as nice as this in such good condition outside of the high end shops and auction houses. It stands 10.5 inches tall by 6.25 inches wide. Lovely patina.
