Wonderful Meiji Bronze Mythical Figure, made to hang from above. I think it may be for flowers, or incense. Superb detail to the sculpting, casting and finishing, and a wonderful untouched patina. Typical fine Meiji work. I’ve not seen one of these before and don’t know anything about them. It still has its original chain. Does not appear to have been used. I have it packed away right now, but it is about 8 to 10 inches long- email for exact dimensions if you are interested.
