Superb 19thC Burmese Bronze Mandalay Buddha. Incredible surface design unlike any I have seen on any other bronze Buddha- ever. Neck is broken, and head leans forward and slightly to one side. It is slightly loose, but firmly connected. Other loss to the decoration- especially to the top of the head. If perfect, this would be an extremely valuable piece. Neck could be repaired, though quite beautiful as-is. I cannot guarantee that it might not shift slightly in shipping (sold as-is), though it will be packed very well, and it does seem well attached. Large at 16.25 x 12 x 8 inches, and quite heavy. Very beautiful. I've had this a long time and, even with the damage, have had a hard time letting go of it.
