This is an 18/19thC solid silver Cambodian Buddha attached to a lead alloy base. This combination was used from the 17thc to the 19thC in Cambodia for smaller Buddhas and some larger Buddhas. Ones like this, which still have the attached base and original patina are extremely hard to find. This fellow is 3 and 7/8 inches tall. He has a wonderfully shaped body and a great face.
