Sublime 18/19thC Burmese wood Buddha. Rare to find this quality and condition- especially in wood. Base has been reduced - common on this type due to the base rotting away from to the heat and humidity in Burma. Headdress appears to have repairs. One of the best wooden pieces of this type I have encountered in 20+ years. Sits 14.5" tall, height on custom base is 16.75 inches.
