Large early Pyu Tiger Bead is an impressive 2 and 5/8 long. As with all of the Pyu beads listed now and in the past, from a huge old bead collection, most of which was sold to a bead museum. These are outside my area, so I do not know how to date, but probably over 1000 years old. The beads sold over the past few years from the is collection have gone to collectors knowledgeable in early bead who have been happy with their purchases. The beads being posted over the next month are the last of the group in my possession. This is one of the largest in the collection, and made with the most interesting (striped) stone.
