14\15thC Burmese Pinya style- a very rare type of Burmese Buddha which is from after the Pagan period, and contemporary with the early Ava period. There are still clear echoes of Pagan. Of the extremely few of this style around, this is an exceptional example, and of good size. A true collector’s piece. 6.25 inches tall, height on custom stand is 7 5/8.
