Gigantic domestic cat in deep concentration carefully carrying a Bodhisattva on his back. This old Indonesian Temple Figure is from an extensive Autralian collection of a noted collector of Indonesian folk art. Probably early 20th century. Great condition. New custom base. Total height including the stand is 7 inches to the top of the rider. Bottom of base measures 4 x 7.75 inches. A personal favorite, and unique as far as I know of.
