Country Group: The Himalayas (Tibet, Nepal, Mongolia and Other)
One of my "personal" Thangkas was offered for sale for the first time in almost 25 years of owning. Thangka measures 9-1/8 x 11.25, and the frame measures 12-7/8 x 15 inches. Came out of Mongolia in the 1990s, and is professionally framed with museum glass and silk matting. Buddha skin all gilding- as clean as you will find. Photo of writing on the back included.
