Large Cambodian or Thai Clay tablet. Probably 13thC- there are many fakes of this type but this looks to be the real thing (it is only one of 4 or 5 out of many hundreds I have held in my hands over the years that I had confidence that it was a true period piece). Purchased from the estate of a former diplomat from Washington D.C. who had lived in SE Asia in the 1950's and early 1960's.
A little over 6.75" tall, 4.5" wide at bottom, and 9 inches tall on the recently made custom base.
