Country Group: South and Southeast Asia (Thailand, Burma, Laos, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam)
This one is truly a mystery. The casting is of an extremely early type. It is solid cast with no clay core. It has a "different" face and overall feel that makes it hard to categorize. This one feels quite early, but I'm not sure how to place it as I haven't encountered any comparable pieces. There are very rubbed traces of an inscription. It stands close to 7 inches tall, 8.25 inches on custom stand. I've had opinions on dating from over 1,000 years old to 17/18th century
