Early to mid 20th C Superb Cloisonne Quanyin. Much nicer than the majority of this type-uncommon to have a separate base, especially with a Tibetan-style consecration with a double Dorje on it. Wonderful face. 11.5 inches tall. Possibly some minor repair- check photos for condition- cloisonne, not my expertise- was simply attracted to this piece.
