I think about 100 years, though Indian outside my area. Best I've ever had in such a big size. VERY hard to find.
A nice complementary image to have along side the Buddha- Shiva Nataraj- dancing the dance of simultaneous creation and destruction )- while maintaining equanimity and complete calm. Rarely (except on astronomically priced early pieces) are the fingers and toes so well formed and used to express the movement of the figure. Stands 16 inches tall, solid cast and quite heavy.
