Set of three mandalas- These are used as a meditation aid in focusing on the liberation from suffering for all sentient beings. Most Mongolian Mandalas are made of fairly thin copper repousse. These are cast out of thick bronze. I've collected these over 35 years. These three are some of the nicest I have come across in all of that time. They are as unadorned and finally cast as any I have seen matched as a set of 3. This slightly raised area in the center represents Mount Meru, the center of the Buddhist universe. 11.5 inches tall, 14.5 inches long, 3.25 inches deep. The actual Mandalas are Between 4.5 and 5 inches in diameter.
