Finely detailed portrait sculpture of Tibetan Monk, from an old Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada collection.
Overall in excellent condition, with most of the gilding remaining. Very high level of careful ornamentation to the robes. Looks to be a specific historical person rather than a generic statue. Size is large for its type at and 6 5/8 inches tall by 5.5 inches wide at the base, not including the custom base that was recently made (pictured). Extremely heavy for its type.
