Very rare very early Chinese's Buddha. Tang or earlier. Sophisticated sculpting and casting-note the incredible robes and lovely face. Stands 4 5/8 inches tall. I believe cast in 5 parts- head, body, each hand, and feet/base, and then assembled. Remains of the original gilding. Museum piece. Heavy.
