Solid-cast bronze. This piece measures 7 7/8" tall and 10 1/8" on its custom base. Good example in this size. Lankan Buddhas like this are very hard to find. Buddha fits in to base and can be jiggled to stand evenly, but could use a piece of cloth or something else wrapped around the part that goes in to the base to make it snug and to stand evenly.
