Authentic old Tibetan drum made of bone and skin (the bone is the correct kind!) Came out of an estate with other authentic items- this is the real thing- not one of the copies pouring out of China. The bands looks to be silver, the turquoise and coral look to be original, and the cloth is very old- This is the real deal. Powerful and a little disturbing, it is a true reminder of the impermanence of life. Clearly very old- I'm unsure how to date this kind of item.
