18/19thC "Daka", or "eater of bad dreams", with beautiful Tibetan inscription on the top of the front and back of base. Probably made my Newari craftsman in Tibet. Sits at 2 7/8" tall and 4.25" tall on its custom base.Looks to have original Nepalese style consecrated bottom. Rare type.
