Antique Tibetan Bronze Sculpture of a Lama or other high Monk. it is a very uncommon and beautiful type of bronze that I have not encountered before. To my eye, it appears to be from the 1920s or thirties and to have some influence from the style of that time. I have seen this before in Tibetan rugs and trunks, but never before in a sculpture. You can especially see the Deco design in the hat. Sits - 7.5" ( 19.05cm )
