Striking large and very beautiful Vintage/old Sri Lankan Buddha with Backplate. Sold to me as 19th century, I believe that this is more likely 20th century. Still, it is one of the most attractive, large wooden Sri Lankan Buddhas I have ever seen. Cracks as seen in photos, otherwise in outstanding condition. As per the previous owner, his grandfather purchased this in an antique shop in Sri Lanka in the 1980s
