It is hard to date precisely, as this piece has a very uncommon mix of iconographic features which I have never seen before. It has beautifully cast elephants holding up a post which holds up the front of the base. The back of the base is on wheels, which makes me think that this could be Surya the Sun God. He holds a well formed Vajra in his right hand, and there is an oil lamp in front. The face and details of the figure are reminiscent of early Kashmiri bronze sculpture. It is a very good size at 8 inches tall by 5.75 inches wide by 5 inches deep, and is quite heavy.
